The most useful messages are about the charts and guides:

• A fingering that looks wrong. Tell us the instrument and the note, and the fingering your teacher or method book uses.
• A note, scale, song or instrument you would like added.
• A broken link, a page that does not display properly, or a sound that does not play. Include the page address and the device or browser you were using.

For problems with your own instrument, such as a sticking key or a note that suddenly will not speak, a band teacher or a repair technician is the best help. On woodwinds, a note that stops working is very often a pad that is not sealing.
